Our services
Midway Electric provides electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, and related home and commercial services in Columbia and the surrounding mid-Missouri area. Any quotes or estimates we provide are based on the information available at the time and are not a binding contract until work is scheduled and agreed upon in writing. Work is performed by licensed, insured technicians in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
Requesting service & quotes
When you submit a form or contact us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We use the details you provide solely to respond to your request, schedule and perform services, and follow up with you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program name: Midway Electric Customer Care.
Program description: Midway Electric sends text message updates and responses to customers about their service requests, appointments, technician dispatch, quotes, and billing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
By providing your mobile phone number to Midway Electric — for example on a quote request or contact form, or in the course of receiving service — you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from us related to your inquiry and service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. The details of this messaging program are:
- Types of messages. Messages may include appointment scheduling and confirmations, technician dispatch and arrival updates, quotes and estimates, service follow-ups, billing and payment notifications, and replies to your questions.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will no longer send you SMS messages unless you opt back in.
- Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (573) 446-2484 or service@midwayelectricinc.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your privacy. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
