Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and estimates.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project progression and timely completion.
- Conduct construction estimating for plumbing components, materials, and labor to support project planning and budgeting.
- Lead field service activities, including troubleshooting mechanical issues related to plumbing.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with remodeling, maintenance, or new construction.
- Ensure all work aligns with schematic diagrams and sound mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports.
- Support team members with handyman skills such as carpentry or basic remodeling when needed.
What you bring
- Licensed Master Plumber able to lead the division as it grows.
- Proven plumbing experience with a strong understanding of commercial and residential systems.
- Demonstrated ability in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes related to plumbing projects.
- Familiarity with construction-site safety standards and practices for heavy lifting and field service operations.
- Prior experience in remodeling or maintenance projects is a plus.
